  • What is your cancellation policy?

    • Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to the conference. A processing and service fee of up to 10% will be deducted from your refund.
    • Cancellations received after September 25th, 2023, or nonattendance, will not be refunded. Conference passes purchased through the Team Pass Program are non-refundable.
    • Hotel and Travel Arrangements: Please note that you are responsible for cancelling your hotel and travel arrangements separately. The conference registration cancellation does not include cancellation of hotel reservations or travel bookings.
    • No Show Policy: Failure to cancel your registration and not attending the conference without prior notice will result in your registration being considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

  • How do I get from the airport to the venue?

    Upon Arrival

    Participants are asked to arrive independently at their hotels, located in Tel Aviv.
    By taxi – Once you have claimed your baggage, please go to the official Airport Taxi Service located immediately after exiting Gate 3 of Ben Gurion airport. The taxi service is open 24/7. The average price per ride is between 180-250 NIS, depending on arrival time and distance to the destination.

    By Train – There is a train station directly under the airport terminal with easy access to Tel Aviv. Take the train from Ben Gurion to Ha Hagana station in Tel Aviv.
    From the station you can take a taxi or bus lines 4 and 104 to the Carmel Terminal.

    Upon Departure

    All guests are advised to arrive at the airport no less than three hours prior to their flights.
    Taxi services are available at all hotels and may be coordinated through the hotel concierge. The average price per ride is between 180-250 NIS, depending on departure time and distance to the destination.

  • What documents are required to enter Israel?

    Passport – Travel to Israel requires a passport valid for at least six months beyond the date of the return ticket.

    Visa – To find out if you require a visa to travel to Israel from your country, please click here.
    To obtain a visa to Israel, please approach your local Israeli Embassy / Consulate.

  • What is the event’s dress code?

    Optimove Connect is rooted in creating connections between marketing professionals. As such, we want you to feel comfortable. There is no formal dress code although smart casual attire is recommended.

  • What is the weather like in Tel Aviv in October?

    The average temperature in Tel Aviv in October is 73°F/23°C, with an average high of 80°F/27°C and an average low of 66°F/19°C. Hotel conference rooms tend to be cool, so we advise that you bring a sweater or light jacket. Do keep in mind that there is the possibility of light rains during October.
