• Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to the conference. A processing and service fee of up to 10% will be deducted from your refund.
• Cancellations received after February 21st, 2024, or nonattendance, will not be refunded. Conference passes purchased through the Team Pass Program are non-refundable.
• Hotel and Travel Arrangements: Please note that you are responsible for cancelling your hotel and travel arrangements separately. The conference registration cancellation does not include cancellation of hotel reservations or travel bookings.
• No Show Policy: Failure to cancel your registration and not attending the conference without prior notice will result in your registration being considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
