• Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to the conference. A processing and service fee of up to 10% will be deducted from your refund.
• Cancellations received after February 20th, 2025, or nonattendance, will not be refunded. Conference passes purchased through the Team Pass Program are non-refundable.
• Hotel and Travel Arrangements: Please note that you are responsible for cancelling your hotel and travel arrangements separately. The conference registration cancellation does not include cancellation of hotel reservations or travel bookings.
• No Show Policy: Failure to cancel your registration and not attending the conference without prior notice will result in your registration being considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

The UK has introduced a new process requiring nationals from certain countries to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) before traveling. An ETA allows you to visit the UK for up to 6 months.
