  • When will the final agenda be available?

    We are in the process of finalizing our agenda. The Optimove Connect website will be updated on an ongoing basis as speakers and sessions are confirmed.

  • Are there special rates for Team Passes?

    Indeed. Take advantage of our special discounted rate for a team of 3+: $380 per person – Register Now!

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    • Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to the conference. A processing and service fee of up to 10% will be deducted from your refund.
    • Cancellations received after February 20th, 2025, or nonattendance, will not be refunded. Conference passes purchased through the Team Pass Program are non-refundable.
    • Hotel and Travel Arrangements: Please note that you are responsible for cancelling your hotel and travel arrangements separately. The conference registration cancellation does not include cancellation of hotel reservations or travel bookings.
    • No Show Policy: Failure to cancel your registration and not attending the conference without prior notice will result in your registration being considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
  • How do I cancel my registration?

    To cancel your registration, please submit a written cancellation request via email to connect@optimove.com.
    Kindly include your full name and confirmation number in the email.

    Optimove Connect is rooted in creating connections between marketing professionals. As such, we want you to feel comfortable. There is no formal dress code although smart casual attire is recommended.
